Verified Quality FAQ: TÜV, AEO, MOQ and Delivery Timelines

Transparency is central to how we work. Below you will find answers to the most common questions from brands evaluating Rayzura as a manufacturing partner, along with information about our third-party verifications and compliance credentials.

Certifications & Verification

What certifications does Rayzura hold?

Rayzura’s manufacturing facilities are certified under ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP), ISO 13485 (Medical Devices), and GMPC (Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics). We are also an AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certified enterprise, which provides expedited customs clearance and priority export processing.

What is the TÜV Rheinland verification?

TÜV Rheinland is one of the world’s leading independent testing and certification organizations. Our TÜV verification report (No. 476857863_P+T) independently confirms our production capacity, quality management systems, and facility standards. This report is available for download by prospective clients upon request.

Why Prices Differ Across Platforms

Why are your prices different from what I see on Alibaba or 1688?

Prices on marketplace platforms often reflect basic, unbranded products without compliance documentation, stability testing, or export-ready packaging. Rayzura’s pricing includes Italian-influenced formulation development, 8-step quality inspection, regulatory compliance documentation (FDA, EU, international), custom packaging support, and AEO-certified export logistics. When you compare total cost of ownership — including quality assurance, compliance risk, and speed to market — our pricing represents strong value for brands targeting the North American market.

How 3-Day Prototyping Works

Can you really deliver samples in 3 days?

Yes. For products based on our existing formula library (3,000+ mature formulas), we can prepare and ship prototype samples within 3 business days of receiving your brief. Custom formulations that require new ingredient sourcing or novel texture development may take 5-10 business days for initial samples. In both cases, our prototyping speed is significantly faster than industry average, enabled by our 16 automated production lines and dedicated sampling team.

What is the typical timeline from order to delivery?

For bulk production orders, our standard delivery timeline is 30 days from order confirmation. This includes production, quality control, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on production capacity and order volume. International shipping time is additional and varies by destination.

MOQ and Ordering

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ varies by product category and service tier. For private label products using existing formulas, MOQ starts from 100 units. For custom formulations, typical MOQ is 500-1,000 units depending on complexity. We also offer sampling quantities as low as 1 unit for evaluation purposes. Contact us with your specific requirements and we will provide a tailored quote.

Do you ship to the United States and Canada?

Yes. North America is our primary export market, representing 55% of our revenue. We have established logistics partnerships and export documentation processes specifically optimized for US and Canadian customs requirements. Our AEO certification further streamlines the customs clearance process.
